Paces Lake Subdivision

Our neighborhood resides within the city limits of Smyrna, GA, located off of Cooper Lake Road near the junction of South Cobb Dr and East-West Connector. Our close proximity to Smyrna Market Village, Silver Comet Trail, Nickajack Elementary School, The Battery and several community shopping centers make Paces Lake an ideal location to call home. Paces Lake is convenient to I-285, Buckhead, downtown and westside Atlanta, Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Mercedes-Benz Stadium/GWCC and Marietta Square. Despite being close to so many major attractions, we still maintain a close-knit community environment.
